The architectural solution:
Remodeled Building “B” – is the eight-story building with total area of ​​12 000 sq.m. of which 10 000 sq.m. is rentable area. Open space on the floor area of ​​1 400 sq.m. It allows to take into account all the wishes of the tenant at the office layout. Also, in order to improve planning and organize easy access to office space, it was decided to build additional elevator shafts and entrances.

Facade decision is made using energy-saving light-transparent (structural glazing) and ventilated facade systems.
